Well, just found out that there are not goig nto be any scenes with the Dursleys in GoF. WTF?

Well, first of all, thank you for posting.

I can see why they'd take that scene out, even though it'd be pretty funny for the Dursleys to meet the Weasely's for the first time. But, alas, I don't think it would be necessary for the plot. I'm sure they'll mention something about it in the dialogue. Unless, they don't explain anything like they did in PoA. Don't get me wrong. I liked PoA, but still.

At least my icon explains it.

I love your icon, it's fantastic. I don't think the Dursleys are central, but it's a nice touch in the books. It gets very dark from that point onwards, so it's kind of like the calm before the storm. If you can call it calm.

Calm....the Dursleys? Ha. More like.. obsessive people with severe ....er... stupidity of Dudley problems.

I know lol. What I meant is that the seriousness of the situation has not been fully realised. There are oddments of humour in these passages.

i loved poa, but the durseleys are major part of the entire story. I'm not talking abot Gof in particular, but the whole seven years. at least thats what i got when i read OotP
